Delivery

General Terms

- The dispatch takes place by post or DPD, depending on the article location, size and weight.
- DPD deliveries are only made against signature, unless you have arranged a separate parking permit with DPD.    
- Foreign deliveries are made only by mail.     
- Parcel mass DPD up to 3 meters belt size to the specified shipping tariff. Above, but max. up to 28 kg, a surcharge of sFr. 30.- be charged. DPD belt mass calculator.     
- Postal deliveries to foreign countries with bulky goods must comply with sFr. 15.- be charged. More here.     
- The selected shipping method in the ordering process can change, depending on just optimal logistical possibilities. But if you If you have chosen postal mail and you would like to receive the delivery by post and not by DPD (or vice versa), please mention this again explicitly in the field "Remarks" at the end of the order process.     
- DPD makes two delivery attempts. Then the package comes back to us and must be charged with additional postage costs for another shipment.     
- Pick up is possible within 7 days after receipt of order.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery times are shown in the item description. However, delivery times may be longer due to individual peaks. If you absolutely need a delivery at a certain point in time, please contact us in advance.
